I wish I had these at my wedding

These candle wedding favors are absolutely adorable.

The seaside tea light candle set and the Sand and Shell tea light holder would have been the perfect wedding favors for our beautiful, windy wedding.

Although I don’t think the palm tree candles would fit in my idea of the perfect wedding they are really cute.

Oooh - how did I miss the wedding sampler chocolate candles?

They are so cute, and I love the detail on top.

If you lay these out at your you better put up a warning sign.

After all, who wants their wedding to be remembered as the one where Sheila ate the candles.

The Thanksgiving Dilemma

DH and I are heading off for Thanksgiving…we’re going were the babies are, so the babies won’t have to travel too much.

As I’ve been wondering what to bring, I couldn’t help thinking that it is definitely going to be pretty hard to carry something in a car with 1 dog and 4 people on a 4 hour trip and not have it get messed up or eaten in the process.

I did decide that I had to have sweet tea - how can you not have sweet tea for Thanksgiving? But that’s relatively easy to do - just carry a tea bag and mix it when I get there.

Of course I have to call ahead to see if I need to bring my gallon pitcher or not.

Anyways, if I buy one of these great looking cakes as my little Thanksgiving Treats, I won’t have to bring anything.

I can just have it shipped…and that will make life so much easier.

Brew Tea Time For Your Lips

I just got Brew Tea Time For Your Lips in Plum Apricot in the mail!

I’m so excited.

This is a nice lightly scented lip balm, made with all natural ingredients.

I put the lip balm on about 2 hours ago, and my lips are still smooth and hydrated.

I even put my Jane Kiss of Caramel lipstick over it, and my lips aren’t as dry as they usually are after wearing lipstick, and there is still a little color left.

The Law of Attraction

Have you heard about this movie - The Law of Attraction?

I’ve watched the first few minutes of it before, but then I turned it off.

Today I went to Beauty Buzz while I was looking for something to listen to while I was doing the dishes, and I found a thread on the law of attraction. ( I would link to the thread, but it will probably be gone pretty quickly and the link will be outdated.)

I decided to listen to the video while I was doing the dishes.

Less than 30 minutes after finishing the video I got an invitation to an invitation only group that I’d been wanting an invitation to since I learned about the group.

Pantene Pro V Restotoratives Time Renewal

Do you ever buy something when you know it can’t live up to the promises it makes on the package?

I saw the Pantene Pro V Restoratives Time Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner last week, and even though I know it can’t repair 2 years of damage to my hair in one month, I had to try it.

New Technology

One of the many things DH and I would like to do with our new house is to get a new front door, screen door, and nicer doorlocks.

I was rather surprised on one of our visits to the loca home improvement store to find door locks that let you use your fingerprint to get in the door.

I’m not exactly sure how I feel about that.

Although it would be nice to come home, put your finger on the Fingerprint door lock and open the door without fumbling for keys, it still seems kind of odd.
