After having so much trouble with tangled hair while I was doing the conditioner only experiment, I decided to try the Suave Naturals Juicy Green Apple Conditioner with my regular shampoo, which at the moment is Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Time Renewal, just to see if it could have been the cause of the tangled hair/split ends fiasco that became of my conditioner only experiment.
Even when I used it with shampoo, the green Apple still caused me to have extremely tangled hair, and I believe that it was responsible for the split ends I experienced while I was doing CO. Maybe I would have had trouble with split ends even if I hadn’t used the Juicy Green Apple, but I can’t be sure, and I’m not willing to try again.
I do have to say that I like the Pantene Pro-V Restoratives. It’s a great shampoo and conditioner, I don’t have excessive tangles when I use it…but I haven’t noticed an improvement in the sheen or the silky feel of my hair as promised on the tube.

Happy St Patrick’s Day!
I’m off to eat breakfast, but I wanted to let you know that there was a dog/cat food recall.
You can find the recall information at www.menufoods.com/recall.
It specifically affects cuts and gravy type cans and pouches, so if you feed that to your pets go look at the recall.
I hope all of your pets are safe and healthy, and the recall has not affected them.

Hi, it’s been a while!
I recently had an appointment with a national makeup artist for Estee Lauder, Robert Williamson.
It was fun, and I really like the Minute Blush and the Projectionist Mascara I got.
I don’t have much time now, so I’ll try to write more about that this weekend.
We’re going to the Minnesota Aquarium Society meeting this weekend, and we’re also going to visit my sister in law and her family.
I’ve been trying to talk myself out of wanting to breed bettas, since I don’t have room for a couple of hundred jars to be lying around when the males get too old to live together, but now 2 of the local betta breeders are getting rid of their bettas, so we’ll see what happens.
I decided if I see one and I know I’ll regret not getting it, I’ll get it…but we’ll see.
We have a ton of guppy fry, and they’re all doing great, so are the molly fry. We have 6 that survived so far, but both of the adults died within 2 days of coming home with us.
