Could you pick the Shu Uemura curler if you were blindfolded?
Monday, September 17th, 2007The Seattle Times had an article that caught my attention this week. Beauty products The shocking truth that will curl your lashes tells what happens when seven women had a “blind curl-off” with 5 eyelash curlers, ranging in price from $1.97 to $18.
Suprisingly, with as much hype as She Uemura eye lash curlers get on the beauty boards, none of the curl-off participants thought that the She Uemera curler was the most expensive one.
In fact, most of them thought that the $1.99 Red curler from Walgreens was the expensive one.
Even more shockingly 2 out of the 5 curlers tested were noted as not curling lashes.
Maybe that’s why I’m not a big eyelash curler fan.
Or maybe it has something to do with the fact that everytime I tried to curl my lashes with my contacts in they’d pop out.
