I looked for the perfect red blush for years.
I don’t know why I wanted a perfect red blush, but it was one of those mysterious beauty products that I had to have.
Finally, I found MAC’s Premeditated Cream Colour Base.
According to the MAC web site’s shade description Premeditated is “A deep bright vivid blue red.”
The color is perfect for my pale skin, and it doesn’t go on overly dark.
When I apply it with my fingers it gives me a nice, lasting flush, that looks natural - which isn’t what you would neccessarily expect from the bright red in the container.
If I’m looking for more color, I can easily add more.
Although Premeditated is listed in the shadow section, as a cream colour base, it’s not recommended for use in the eye area.
