I got the Hard Candy Baked Kal-eye-descope Baked Eyeshadow Duo in Ab Fab ($6 at Walmart) to review several months ago.
Ab Fab is a pink and purple duo, and even though I love the colors, I was a little hesitant to wear it because I haven’t worn pink and purple together since junior high school.
Fortunately, the color is pretty enough, and goes on light enough that I felt comfortable wearing it in public.
The color is also buildable it for a more intense look if a darker pink and purple is your thing.
The color blends easily, and lasts well.
Unfortunately, since the shadaw was shipped for me to review, the top dome of the shadow broke off in transit.
I’m not sure if this would have happened if it hadn’t been shipped, but you might want to be careful, especially if you carry your shadows in your purse, or are planning on taking it on vacation with you.
Other than that, I really liked the shadow.
Have you tried Hard Candy Shadows?
What do you think about them?
How do you feel about them only being available at Walmart now?

I bought that Hard Candy eyeshadow color, and 3 others. I like them, but they go on more sheer than the old version of Hard Candy that was sold at Sephora. But you can’t beat the price! I bought their blush that comes in the same type of packaging as the eyeshadow, and by the time I got it home, the dome of the blush had broken off:( Now I’m worried about taking the eyeshadows on vacation like you said.

Hi Jeni, you really can’t beat the price for the shadows. It’s a shame the blush broke before you got home, that would really irritate me.
