Well, I didn’t hear from the writing job until today, so I figured that I didn’t get it - I emailed today to check on the status of the job, and I was told that the positions were filled.
I guess that’s life.
I’m really not upset though.
I cancelled the second interview I had - I decided that I don’t want to have to work every week on the only day DH has off.
And after dealing with Wells Fargo loosing over 1000 of checks that I deposited inside the bank, I decided that I will not be happy if I have to work in a call center where people call and complain about problems, if I can’t help them solve those problems.
Ummm, to be honest I also am scared I might lose my temper or be a little short if people call and start yelling at me.
Not that I called and yelled at anyone, but I sure did feel like it.
Especially after the fifth person we talked to said the money in question would be redeposited into our account in 2 business days, then would be removed if Wells Fargo found out that the money didn’t belong there.
Then when the next 3 people couldn’t/wouldn’t explain why the money was not put back into our account after 3 business days, we went to the bank.
Where the banker called and talked to 3 different people, and pulled all the strings he could, only to find out that even though we deposited the money inside the wells fargo bank, had a receipt with the amount of the deposit, the time and date of the deposit, and the name of the banker who oversaw the transaction, they would not give us back the money until they “researched it” and they have 10 days to research it.
It sucks.
Talk about poor customer service.
If we didn’t have our loan there I would have closed the account immediately, but we do….
