It’s the Holidays - and Mystical Beauty’s Musings is giving away some Holiday Goodies.
I asked Elke from the Beauty Blog Network to throw in a few extra goodies with the items I wanted to review, so I could pass the extras along to you.
Up for grabs is MAC Fluidline in Uppity, and MAC Nail Lacquers in Vestral White and Gold Veneer.

I have to admit I was really impressed when I saw these items. I’m more of a silver person, but I thought about sneaking the gold veneer polish for myself when I saw how beautiful it was in person.
But I didn’t!
I decided that you deserve it, but you have to work for it!
Just leave a comment telling me about the first time you wore MAC, why you love MAC, or what you’d do with these products if you won them - where would you wear them (out to dinner, at home, to a party), how would you wear them (a golden french manicure, little white flowers on a gold background on your toes), or something like that.
Pictures get you an extra entry, and they’ll be posted on the blog, unless you ask me to keep them private!
Since today is Thanksgiving (Happy Thanksgiving!) I’ve decided that if you list at least one thing you’re thankful for in the comments you can be entered to win too.
If you leave a qualifying comment on this blog post, you’ll get one entry into the contest, if you sign up for the mailing list you’ll get another entry. If you send pictures of how you would wear the nail lacquer and fluidline (you don’t have to use these colors), you’ll also get another entry, so you can get up to three entries.
We’ll put all the names in a hat (if you have three entries, we’ll put your name in three times), and pick the winner on December 18!

I love MAC, because they have such vibrant colors and very good quality make-up that is better than most drugstore brands and high-end make-up out there.

What a great contest!!! Mac must have wonderful products. I have a close friend who adores the Mac brushes!! She always make complimentary remarks about them.
I can’t honestly say that I have used Mac, but I will tell I am very thankful for my family

The first time I wore MAC was when my best friend pulled me into a store and dusted my eyelids with a brilliant green shadow. I’d never been much into brights before that, but this opened my eyes in more ways than one! I’ve been back many times since. I’m a little bitter that I never managed to get my hands on any Zulu nail polish.
MAC got me into color. In fact, I’m wearing Firespot right now.
I’m not usually a big white-polish fanatic, but I do rock the gold lacquers. Given both polishes, I’d probably do a half-moon with the white over the gold, although a gold French manicure sounds kind of intriguing to me also.
And gold liquid eyeliner is right up my alley. *nods* Yes.

I remember the first thing I ever bought from MAC, (I think I was maybe 16…), and it remains a staple in my makeup kit to this day. It was the eye kohl in “Teddy.” It’s kind of this bronzy brown eyeliner that can be dressed up or down, and really makes my blue eyes pop. I can honestly say that it is the product that began my addiction to makeup, and is a great little piece to turn anyone on the the MAC product line.

Hi! Happy Holidays!
The first thing I ever bought from MAC was Dark Angel nail polish. Then I got hooked on thier e/s’s… The rest they say is her-story…
I love MAC because they have something for everyone; from a natural girl to a girl who loves to wear the brightest of colors!
I would love to win this prize- I have been dying to snag a bottle of MAC Gold Veneer nail polish. I would wear it to all the Christmas and New Year’s parties AND for my 26th birthday! And I always hear such good things about fluid lines- I’d love to get to try one!

Hi! Thanks for the contest!
The first time I wore MAC makeup was during my oldest sister’s wedding — the first in our family in a family of four girls! It was hectic and frantic, with me running around doing errands for all sorts of people. The 30 minutes of peace I got was when the makeup artist put MAC makeup on my face — 4 hours before the wedding. And despite all the craziness I had to go through even after that, my makeup lasted, even my lipstick (which I have a tendency to chew off when I’m nervous), and the pictures came out great. I’m such a big fan now, especially of their amazing eyeshadows and range of textures!
I’m so very thankful for my family, who loves me unconditionally.. without them, I would be lost.

This year, there are so many things to be thankful for, but especially for my family and my two best friends–it’s hard to believe that I met them only three years ago, but they’re like my sisters now.
PS. I’m also thankful for MAC because I finally (after like a gazillion bottles of other foundations) have found one that matches my skintone..yay!
